Katie McGivern

Mortgage Broker

Haystax Mortgage Professionals

Serving Maple Ridge, Mission and clients throughout British Columbia

Meet Katie

I’m a mortgage broker and a mom of three awesome kids, which means I’m no stranger to juggling priorities, thinking ahead, and staying calm when things feel overwhelming. I know firsthand that life, and finances, don’t always follow a straight line, and that perspective shapes how I work with my clients.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at a concert, camping, or crafting something by hand. I love creativity, problem-solving, and building things that last, all of which show up in how I approach mortgage planning.

I believe the best financial decisions come from understanding your options and feeling supported, not pressured.

My goal is to make the mortgage process feel clear, collaborative, and tailored to your real life, so you can move forward with confidence.
